It is with much pleasure that Prader-Willi Syndrome Australia, in collaboration with the Prader-Willi Research Foundation Australia, PWSA New Zealand, PWSA Malaysia and PWSA Thailand, invite you to the 6th Asia Pacific Prader-Willi Syndrome Conference to be held on 30 and 31st August 2024.
We hope you will join us at Rydges Sydney Central to ‘discover, care and thrive’. Hear the latest from experts, network with peers, and share your insights. For those that can’t attend in-person, some Conference sessions will be live-streamed to our remote families and professionals across the Asia Pacific region.
The Conference comprised 4 streams, plus a dinner, over two enriching days.
30th August 2024:
- Research Day – Scientists and researchers will present their latest findings.
- Adults living with PWS – Our Way of Life Australia, a group of adults living with PWS, will lead discussion focused on topics that are important to them and you.
- Conference Dinner – Network and celebrate with your ‘tribe’.
31st August 2024:
- Family and Allied Health – Equip yourself with the latest PWS care knowledge. Network with other families and professionals.
- Support Providers – An ‘all teacher, all learn’ hands-on day where support providers will come together to learn, brainstorm and share how best to support people living with PWS.
