Please note, from the beginning of February 2009, you will be able to lodge an application for Government funded human Growth Hormone (hGH) for the treatment of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). The hGH Treatment Program Guidelines for PWS and the PWS Application Form will be available from the Department's website. Please note that you will need to complete the PWS Application Form (which is different to the usual hGH application form) when requesting hGH for the treatment of PWS.

Further advice on applying for hGH for the treatment of PWS will be sent by the Department on Monday, 2 February 2009.
